Foot Tattoos
Foot tattoos and ankle tattoos are a very popular area of the body to get ink work done. Some people get their tattoos in this area because it is an easy place to keep them hidden, they can keep them as their own personal little secret. People can also get then here because in some of the cultures around the world the foot and ankle area is a sensual, special part of the body. Another reason for foot tattoos in particular is that the area is quite flat making it a very good spot for special designs. You should consider very carefully before getting a foot tattoo. You will need to be able to not wear shoes and socks very much for a couple of weeks. You should also be especially careful with hygiene as foot tattoos tend to be more prone to infection. As you may know, tattoos in bony parts of the body are much more painful than in fleshy areas. Feet are quite bony and do not have much in the way of flesh so you should prepare yourself for a reasonable amount of pain. If part of the reason you get tattoos is because you enjoy the pain of the experience then this could be a reason for you to get your feet inked!
